I’m so excited to be a part of the Cozy Fall Home Tour with 11 other bloggers! If you’re coming from Jordan’s blog, I wanted to say that I’m glad you’re here! I love fall…mostly because it’s back to sweatshirt season! Ha! 😉
Fall is when we start decorating for the holiday season which means it’s getting closer and closer to Christmas! I actually didn’t start decorating for fall until I moved into this house a few years ago. I remember just buying a few things my first fall here in this home, then the following year I bought a little more stuff, and I’ve come to realize that my style has kinda changed since then. Ha! I’m just glad I can still reuse some of the stuff I already had.
When I found these two floral stems, I just fell in love! I love the peachy/pink tones of these! I already have little bits of pink scattered throughout my living room and foyer/staircase area, so these matched perfectly in my already decorated home.
The first thing I did was add the leaves into this vase that already had the greenery. Then I added a pumpkin on the side. DONE! My staircase area is decorated!

The next thing I did was decorate my floating shelves in the living room. I had a lot of these sea green vases that was in my pantry and in my living room, so I put all of them on the shelves as a starting point.
The next thing I did was add the peachy/pink florals in it to add “fall” into the mix.
When you have a lot of the same things in one area, use other items as fillers. I already had the gold picture frames and white corbels that was originally on the shelves, so I stuck with those same color tones. I added white/cream items along with wood vases. I love how it all complements each other.
For extra fillers, I added more floral stems by just setting it on the shelves as shown below.
I am obsessed with wreaths and have a lot of it! On our barn door, I used to have a boxwood wreath hanging there, and I switched it out for this cotton wreath which screams fall!

Another area that I decorated for fall was this gallery wall area. Again, I added the fall leaves into this vase that already had greenery in it.
I stuck with the green/pinkish tones again, but this area is a deep green instead of the sea green in the floating shelves. I then added a mix of pumpkins with different sizes and colors on the table. You can’t go wrong with pumpkins that’s grouped together! If you don’t know what else to do with your pumpkins, this is the way to go 😉
