Fireplace Refresh!

Never in a million years did I think that blogging about home decor was in my future.  I think a lot of my fellow home decor blogger/instagrammer friends can relate that we usually have to change up our decor and think about what we’re going to do next, what the next project is going to be, or what room can be finished.

Earlier this year, I had been wanting to change up my fireplace mantel.  You might have noticed in previous Instagram pictures that I had an arched mirror on the mantel.  I wanted something different though and was leaning towards an art piece.  I started looking online for options, but never purchased anything.

When I found out I was collaborating with Minted, I freaked out because that was the website I was searching on!  On their website, I was looking at the new wall arts which is the latest collection of limited edition art from their community of independent artists.

I ended up selecting “Following the Pack” limited edition print by Jennifer Daily.  I LOVE the colors in this piece!  You guys know how I love seagreen, blue, and pink, and it’s all in this print. 🙂  The colors in the print also complement the decor currently in my living room.

I don’t think you realize how big this print is! Here’s Johannah, my 9 year old, standing next to it.  This is the 54″ x 40″ which is the biggest size you can get if you want it with a frame.

You can get the prints unframed or framed.  They have 15 frame options for you, and for me it was between the natural raw wood frame or the matte brass frame.  I went with the natural raw wood frame!

It was hard narrowing down my choice because there was so many to choose from, but here are my other faves: 1. Cascading Sky 2. Ocotillo II  3. Otonio  4. Distant Light
